Yes, Terry Alderman is a film photographer. While Terry is by no means "anti-digital," Terry maintains that photography in its purest form continues to be done on film. The images displayed in his gallery and on this website are the natural view; unaltered, not tampered with, and not digitally enhanced. Terry's images have been masterfully captured on film and printed as nature displayed it; a moment in time. |

Caine - Alderman & Son Photography, shop, studio and gallery, also known as Terry's Camera Trading Co., was established in Kanab, Utah in 1978. By no means the beginning of his career, Terry had already been freelancing for years, in Los Angeles where he was raised and in Northern Arizona where he and his bride moved to, "get out of the city". Since the beginning of his career it had been his dream to open a Shop in the Southwest he loved and 1978 was the year that dream was fulfilled. Since that time, Terry's work has become internationally known. He literally deals all over the world! Yet his heart is in the Southwest and he considers himself very "down to earth" and "easy going". |
